ISSA Certified Personal Trainer

Why am I here?

Fitness is a personal journey. When I was a kid, there was no other "thing" that gave me more enjoyment than playing softball with my friends. In those moments it was just us, the air and keeping our eyes on the ball. No matter how I was feeling before a practice or a game, I always knew I would feel good afterwards. Winning or losing never mattered, being around people and having fun did.

In early tween to teen years, sports continued to be an important part of my life. Whether I was stressed and needed an outlet or simply wanted to create, you could find me doing the INSANITY workout, running cross country or even teaching myself new activities like dance and hula hooping. Movement continued to be a hobby which ultimately turned into a passion.

In later years, I graduated with a degree in Health Science in Physical Education from Monmouth University in 2019. I learned the how and why exercise is important for maintaining body and brain health. Shortly after graduation I continued my education earning certificates as a personal trainer, health coach and yoga instructor.

From then, I obtained experience as PT, HC & YI working at physical therapy offices, box gyms, nursing homes and a ne-

uro-rehab facility (see Linked-In for more details). I have trained the following: tweens (11-12) on sports teams (wrestling, football), teens & young adults (15-30) adults (30-60) & older adults (60-95), woman after c-section (RAD), adults with disabilities ie: stroke, TBI, CP.

My goal is to help you achieve physical fitness while improving overall wellbeing. To feel as happy and pain-free, almost like when you were a kid. So, whether you're contemplating if making a change is "actually worth it", or you're ready, I've got the tools to help you. Sign up below, let's go!
